We hope that you like our products and that you enjoy them. However, if you are not satisfied, this is a rarity.
You have the option of returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Picked up goods can also be returned within our business hours on Fehmarn.

Customized products such as motif beads or wooden boxes are generally excluded from return and exchange. Please contact us if you are not satisfied - we (almost) always find a solution.

The processing of a return and the refund of the amount usually takes one week or 6 working days.
