Safety regulations
All our customers are assured that the production of the pacifier chain material is carried out with great care and in compliance with legal regulations such as DIN EN 12586 (new standard for pacifier holders).
The materials we use are selected with the utmost attention to the requirements of DIN EN 71-3 (new standard for migration of certain elements).
This means
1. all wooden beads are sweat-proof, saliva-proof, color-fast and free of harmful substances
2. we only use nickel- and rust-free clips with ventilation holes
3. the cords used are saliva and color-fast. They also have a high tensile strength.
Important information for the safety of the child
- Please check the pacifier chain before each use and dispose of it at the first sign of defects or damage.
- Please do not extend the pacifier chain on your own, as the maximum length of 22 cm must not be exceeded due to the risk of strangulation.
- Never attach the pacifier chain to straps, bands or loose parts of clothing, otherwise there is a high risk of strangulation for your child!
- The pacifier chain is a hygiene item and not a toy!
Please note that the natural material wood is more susceptible to wear and tear than products made of other materials. In combination with saliva, color abrasion can (but does not have to) occur. The water-soluble paints and varnishes used are completely non-toxic (food-safe) and therefore pose no danger to the child at any time.
